Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this Salesforce integration service ("Service"). By clicking "I Agree," creating an account, or accessing the the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you and the organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides tools to:
- Connect to your Salesforce organization
- Query and retrieve Salesforce data
- Access and manage Salesforce logs
- Delete logs and perform data operations
- Maintain persistent Salesforce API connections
The Service interacts with Salesforce APIs and requires valid Salesforce credentials and appropriate permissions.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. You must also have a valid Salesforce organization with appropriate API access permissions.
4. Account Registration and Security
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
You are solely responsible for securing your Salesforce OAuth tokens and API credentials.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to violate any laws, regulations, or third party rights
- Access Salesforce data without proper authorization or permissions
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Use the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
- Use the Service to build a competitive product or service
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service
- Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in abusive behavior
- Exceed rate limits or perform actions that burden our systems
6. Your Salesforce Data
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all data accessed through the Service
- You have obtained all necessary permissions to access and modify Salesforce data
- You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of all data operations
- Data deletion operations performed through the Service are permanent and irreversible
- You must comply with Salesforce's terms of service and acceptable use policies
- We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the Service
7. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, features, and content (excluding your Salesforce data), is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for its intended purpose.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with and relies on third-party services including:
- Salesforce (for API access and data operations)
- Clerk (for authentication)
- Supabase (for database services)
- Vercel (for hosting)
- Redis (for caching)
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for any third-party service interruptions, changes, or terminations.
9. Service Availability and Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice
- Impose usage limits or restrictions on the Service
- Update these Terms at any time
- Refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion
The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account deletion features.
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED."
"WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE."
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free from viruses or harmful components
- Results obtained will be accurate or reliable
You use the Service at your own risk. Any data operations you perform are your sole responsibility.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
This includes but is not limited to damages from:
- Data loss or corruption
- Service interruptions or errors
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Third-party service failures
- Salesforce API changes or limitations
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any rights of another party, or (d) your Salesforce data or operations.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
16. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

Important Notice
This Service allows you to perform operations on your Salesforce data, including deletions. These operations are permanent and cannot be undone. Always ensure you have proper backups and authorization before performing any data operations. Use of this Service is at your own risk.
